During this three-day winter retreat, we will cultivate a deep awareness of ourselves through steady and compassionate attention. Insight meditation invites us to disengage from our usual enmeshment with thinking and discover a sensitivity and intimacy with life. Through this practice based in stillness, our hearts awaken. We will practice sitting, walking and loving-kindness meditation within the quiet beauty of the woods in winter.
Tim will offer evening talks, meditation instructions, and small group interviews to support your practice. This retreat is suitable for both beginning and experienced meditators.
