On this 5-day retreat, the invitation is to slow down and come home to present moment awareness of our body-mind relationship. We’ll practice meeting what’s arising with kind attentiveness to embodied experience. This allows us to relate to all the different aspects of our lives with more clarity and understanding.
This retreat will include meditation instructions, periods of silent sitting and walking meditation, Dhamma reflections, group meetings and Q&As with the teacher.
Optional qi gong practice will be offered as well.
Partial attendance is not offered on this retreat. Additionally, please consider attending this retreat only if your current life circumstances allow you to engage in an important modern renunciation practice of staying offline and off phone/text during the entire course of the retreat (some exceptions related to pressing family situations may be granted.)
