Come join us for a weekend of projecting at Cloud Mountain! This is offered as a time to come together as a sangha in a relaxed and informal environment of work and fun to take on a variety of projects to spruce up and perfect the retreat center.

We’ll have opportunities to work, meditate, cook, and socialize together, enjoying and connecting with Cloud Mountain and each other in a whole new way. We can make new Dharma friends and investigate together in a lighthearted spirit what it means to walk the Eightfold Path. You can come for a few hours, a day, or both days – whatever works for you. We are grateful for any and all help you can provide as we all share in a field of gratitude that Cloud Mountain exists as a spiritual resource for so many.

There will be indoor and outdoor projects to work on, with accessible tasks across a wide range of physical abilities. At this time of year there will be lots of work to do out on the grounds.

As the time approaches we’ll send out more specifics about what all we’ll be working on. The work day will run from roughly 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

During these difficult times, we can find great joy and fulfillment in coming together as sangha to offer our hands-on Dharma support by working on important projects, dedicating our efforts to the happiness, well being and ultimate liberation of all beings. We will provide overnight housing and meals for all who attend. Friday arrivals can be pre-arranged, as can stays on Sunday night as well for people driving long distances. We will be in touch by email shortly before the weekend begins to confirm participation and project details with you.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS:
For this informal weekend, we will relax our standard covid protocols. Masking will be optional. We do ask everyone to take a rapid home test with negative results before you arrive. We will make special accommodations to support anyone wishing to follow higher-level covid precautions.
